I perform Classic country and outlaw country music and mix in the right amount of southern rock and blues to create a recipe for a fun night of dancing, and boot scoot boogieing . I have 400+ songs in my repertoire ranging from country , pop, rock blues and alternative. I use digitally mastered tracks and pride myself on giving my audience the experience and sound of a full 5-6piece band. I also, bring and play multiple instruments, such as guitar, electric/ acoustic, banjo, fiddle, mandolin and keyboard. I do have lights fog and all the bells and whistles to make your event fun and memorable. I also offer professional DJ services as apart of my show, when I take short water breaks in between sets that is garunteed to keep the audience engaged and dancing the night away.
I play a lot of VFW (Veterans Of Foreign Wars) American Legions, because David Long Music LLC proudly supports our Veterans and will continue to. I play Corporate Event, Bars/Night Clubs, Harley Davidson Biler events as well.

I have been playing music my entire life. Approximately 40 years. Over the past 2-1/2 years I was fortunate to take my passion for music to a full time status. At the end of 2024 I cut and released 2 new singles which were recorded and produced in Nashville,Tn. “Country Music Is The Heart Of Rock N Roll “. And “All Part Of Our Love “. Which is available on Spotify, Amazon Music, YouTube Music and all major streaming platforms.
As a child I use to play along to records featuring Artists such as George Jones, Waylon, Willie Nelson, Conway, Porterwagner, Hank Sr. Hank Jr, then of course loved some Garth Brooks Alan Jackson, George Strait, and now cove todays country as well. I love Skynyrd and the older classic rock artist as well. I guess the best song of all time in my opinion is God Bless The USA by Lee Greenwood, as I’ve have always had a respect and passion to honor those who have served this Great Nation
I like to allow myself at least a hours for set up. But with no lighting or props I can be set up within an hour.
Yes, I love out door gigs. If weather permits. Love, love, love out doors.
Yes most definitely. I don’t mind taking requests if I know the songs I am more than happy to perform it. If for some reason I don’t know the song I at least always make sure it gets played during the break music. But I do have a set repertoire, Country, country Rock southern rock ect.
Awesome! Best oneman band they have ever heard. Some even say I thought I were a full band until I walked into the room. Just recently, I was told this is the best time we have had at this bar in a long time. Others say, why aren’t you playing in Nashville?
