Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever worked at?

The biggest venue I’ve performed at is Qudos Bank Arena, where I performed two original songs in front of an incredible crowd. Bucketty's alongside 19-Twenty tops the cake with an unforgettable night that even saw me climb onto their double bass while rocking it out! My best acoustic performances have been a beautiful 21st birthday celebration at a brewery that turned into a full blown party and the Australia Day Shire Vibes Festival, where the vibes exceeded like no other in front of thousands at Cronulla.

What's your favourite type of event?

I think i've just about seen it all from intimate acoustics that turn into karaoke between the audience to major festivals and pub classics. If I was to die tomorrow I'd take it all, no two performances are ever the same and its a blessing to experience it all.

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

I started gigging through the passion for entertainment being such a quirky, go getter, zest for life kind-of kid. I've played both acoustically and Fronting my rock band for crowds up to 5000 and have had the pleasure of performing solo at Qudos Bank Arena, WIIn stadium, Festivals such as Relay for life and Australia day shire vibes and so much more. I've played countless gigs all over Sydneys best music venues all over Newtown (Vanguard, Lansdown, Duke etc), the City (Ivy, Chuck Trailors, Deadset etc) all the way to breweries out west.

Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

I am the (Metaphorical) child of Chris Stapleton, Joan Jett, Melissa Ethridge and Eric Clapton taking from blues, soul all the way to rock, an old soul with a fresh sound. My current favourite artist/band interchanges between Led Zeppelin, Joss Stone and Janis Joplin. The great song of all time, will forever be a question unanswered in my books because they are all so unique, a product of their time and a significant piece in mine.

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

Depending on distance, I normally arrive 30mins before for a quick and easy setup.
3hr sets (3x 45min sets including 15min breaks between)

Are you happy to perform outside?

Happy to perform outside (with the arrangement of cover in wet weather)

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

Set repertoire lists prepared however always happy to take requests (If venue is happy for me to) and if possible i will do my best to learn it on the spot (generally quite successful and a good time)

How do previous clients most commonly describe your performances?

"Breath-taking". "Soulful", "Such a unique voice", "An old soul"
The audience have described my performances as many things as I add variety that showcases both my intimate, soulful, vocal abilities, range and unique sound all the way to my upbeat, high energy crowd favourites.
