Vλn’T Høff Professional DJ for Weddings, Private Parties & Exclusive Events in Portugal

I require a stable, level and covered performance area, ideally at least 3m x 2m, with access to a reliable 230V power supply and a suitable electrical socket.

For outdoor events, protection from rain, direct sunlight and excessive wind is essential.

Easy access for loading and unloading equipment is appreciated. For larger events, technical requirements can be discussed in advance.

Before the event, I would appreciate information about the venue location, access for loading and unloading, parking availability, performance area, power supply and whether the event will take place indoors or outdoors.

It is also helpful to know the expected number of guests, event schedule, any sound restrictions and whether sound or lighting equipment is already available at the venue.

One of my most memorable performances was at ExpoVilla 5.0 in Vila Flor, Portugal, where I had the opportunity to deliver an energetic DJ set featuring live darbuka percussion.

Another special moment was performing at the São Bartolomeu festivities in Vila Flor, creating an unforgettable connection with the local audience.

I also particularly enjoyed my Sunset Party in Chaves, where I combined house music, funky grooves and timeless classics in a vibrant atmosphere.

Every event is unique, and my goal is always the same: to create an experience people will remember.

I particularly love sunset parties, festivals, private celebrations and events where music brings people together.

My passion lies in creating musical journeys, blending Afro House, Melodic House, Tech House, Latin rhythms and timeless classics.

I also enjoy weddings and corporate events, where I can adapt my musical selection to different audiences and create the perfect atmosphere for every moment.

For me, the best events are those where the energy between the DJ and the audience creates something truly special.

Originally from Portugal, I spent many years living in Switzerland, where I developed my passion for electronic music and DJ culture.

Inspired by international artists and the energy of live performances, I created VΛN’T HØFF as my own artistic project, combining musical creativity, modern sounds and a strong connection with the audience.

My journey has taken me to festivals, sunset parties, private celebrations and public events across Northern Portugal, including ExpoVilla, the São Bartolomeu festivities and events in Chaves.

Alongside DJ performances, I also produce original music, remixes and mashups, bringing a personal and distinctive touch to my sets.

Today, my mission is to deliver professional, engaging and memorable musical experiences, always adapting to the audience and the occasion.

More than a set. An experience.

My musical influences are diverse, from David Guetta, HUGEL, Aaron Sevilla, Keinemusik, Miss Monique and Anyma to the powerful sound of Linkin Park.

David Guetta is one of my biggest inspirations in electronic music, while Chester Bennington remains one of my favourite artists of all time. His voice, passion and emotional intensity have deeply influenced the way I experience music.

For me, the greatest song of all time is undoubtedly “Crawling” by Linkin Park. Its raw emotion, powerful vocals and unforgettable energy represent everything I love about music.

As VΛN’T HØFF, I believe music is more than just making people dance. It’s about creating emotions, connecting people and delivering unforgettable experiences.

I speak Portuguese, French and English.

Having lived in Switzerland for many years, I am comfortable communicating with international clients and understanding the expectations of multicultural events.

This is particularly valuable for destination weddings, corporate celebrations and private events involving guests from different countries.

Setup time typically ranges from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the equipment required. For events with a complete sound and lighting setup, I usually arrive around 2 hours before the performance to ensure everything is properly installed and tested.

My DJ sets typically last between 2 and 4 hours, but I can also provide shorter performances or extended sets of 5 hours or more, depending on the event.

I always adapt my performance duration and setup to the client’s needs, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.

Absolutely! Every event is unique, and I believe the music should reflect the client’s personality, preferences and vision.
