This man right here is a wonderful musician and even better a wonderful man. He approaches your table and asks if you (the person) want to hear a certain song by certain artist. The combination of good food and good music will always be preferred for your occasion.

Was Pleasantly surprised by Dr Saxy saxophone Melodies as we walked into the mercado district one day months ago. He was playing beauty and the beast and my wife just loved it. She started dancing and that brought a smile to my face. Everytime we come we come on days he's playing. We had a special request.. When A Man Loves A Woman.. we came tonight 12.27.24 and he remembered. He played it all on his own. Very special talented Man. Thank you for serving us with your beautiful gift. Was having dinner at El Mercado, and much to my surprise I hear the sound of a saxophone. The music was mystical, romantic, and had a very authentic sound. The music raised my spirits and appetite! The music had a soothing and healing sound ,it impulsed me to feel joy and a feeling of physical animation! 🥳

I go to el Mercado District with my family, and I love hearing Dr. Saxy play. No matter what song he plays, he always seems to bring the right kind of vibe. He can get people up to dance or even just interacting with him when he plays. It is obvious he is very talented.

I travel a lot for work and personally. I recently visited McAllen, Texas this week. When I go to places, I like to visit somewhere that helps me be in touch with the local community to get the real vibe. This first place I went to set it off perfectly, was the Mercado District. It is full of excitement, a delicious food hall, and several unique shops under one roof. What made our dinner more enjoyable was listening to a live saxophone performance by Dr. Saxy. His passion was contagious and everyone in the area of the Mercado was celebrating, singing, and dancing to his performance. He definitely had the place rocking! Congrats Dr. Saxy for giving me the real vibe! If you have a chance go see him!

This was the first time I have the opportunity to go enjoy this beautiful soul who express himself through his Saxo, I can’t say other than Waooo!!! exceeded my expectations!!! Anybody who love music please go for it. Amazing. I imagine him in a large auditorium touching the hearts of his audience.

Dr Saxy puts on a great show playing both Alto and Tenor sax and an extensive playlist! Very interactive without being intrusive, what a great evening. Tuesday may have just become my favorite evening of the week.

Wow amazing. The passion he showed for his music was exceptional. Went to my nieces wedding and family usually gets mariachis as that’s what we were accustomed to. But when Dr Saxy started playing everyone was amazed and were talking about him and wanting his contact information to book at a later date.

Dr Saxy is an amazing musician, has a great selection of music and is able to just sway everyone that is listening to him play. I have had the pleasure of hearing him play at the Mercado District and it never disappoints, you know you're going to enjoy the night when you see Dr Saxy enter the building. Dr. Saxy did a phenomenal job at my wedding this past weekend. Dr. Saxy did a phenomenal job at my brother and sister-in-law’s wedding. He played a variety of songs and provided neat facts about the artists and the songs. Personal favorites included At Last and The Pink Panther.
