Technical Info

What are your basic technical requirements?

We require a performance space of roughly 3m x 2m with access to a standard 13 amp power supply. If the performance is outdoors, we ask for suitable cover/shade to protect equipment. Easy access for loading equipment and nearby parking is always appreciated.

What information do you require about a venue?

It’s helpful to know in advance if the venue has any sound limiters, noise restrictions, or specific load-in instructions. Clear directions for access and setup, plus details on available power outlets, help us ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

Yes, we are completely self-contained. We bring our own professional PA system suitable for small to medium-sized events, as well as simple stage lighting if required. This allows us to deliver great sound quality wherever we perform.

Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, we can provide background music before, between, and after our live sets. We’re happy to create playlists that match the mood of your event, or we can play music selected by you. This helps keep the atmosphere flowing throughout the evening without any breaks.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever worked at?

We’ve had the privilege of performing at stunning venues such as Fairmont Hotels, The Ivy Collection, and Pennyhill Park, but one of our standout gigs was at Thorpe Park where we played to an incredible crowd. It was such a high-energy atmosphere and a night we’ll never forget.

What's your favourite type of event?

We genuinely love playing all types of events, but weddings are our absolute favourite. There’s something really special about being part of a couple’s big day and creating unforgettable memories for them and their guests. We also love the mix of chilled acoustic sets for the daytime and upbeat party vibes for the evening.

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

We started performing together after discovering a shared love of reimagining popular songs in our own style. Over time, our performances grew from small local gigs to hundreds of weddings, private parties, and corporate events across the UK. We’ve built our reputation on being versatile, professional, and always tailoring our sets to each event.

Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

Our influences are wide-ranging, from artists like Ed Sheeran, Jessie J, and Bruno Mars to timeless legends like Stevie Wonder and Whitney Houston. Ed Sheeran has been a big inspiration for us as a songwriter and performer, while Stevie Wonder’s ‘Isn’t She Lovely’ is one of the greatest songs of all time in our eyes – it never fails to connect with audiences.

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

We usually arrive around 90 minutes before the performance to set up and soundcheck. Our most popular format is 2 x 45 minute or 2 x 60 minute live sets, but we can tailor timings to suit your event. Background music can also be provided between sets to keep the atmosphere flowing.

Are you happy to perform outside?

Yes, we’re happy to perform outside as long as there is suitable cover or shade, a flat level surface, and access to power nearby. We’ve played at outdoor weddings, garden parties, and festivals, and love bringing live music to open-air settings.

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

We have a large and versatile repertoire covering pop, soul, RnB, and acoustic classics. Clients are welcome to choose favourites from our set list, and we’re also happy to learn up to 5 special requests in advance. Otherwise, we’ll read the crowd and pick songs that suit the atmosphere on the day.

How do previous clients most commonly describe your performances?

Clients often describe us as a professional, engaging, and versatile duo who create the perfect atmosphere for any occasion. Whether it’s relaxed background music or upbeat party vibes, we’re known for connecting with audiences, adapting to the moment, and leaving a lasting impression.

Can you provide background music when you’re not performing live?

Yes! We can provide carefully curated background playlists in between our live sets to keep the atmosphere flowing. If you’d like, we can also tailor the playlist to match your event vibe, from relaxed acoustic tunes to upbeat party tracks.

Do you offer a first dance performance for weddings?

Absolutely. We love making first dances extra special by performing your chosen song live. If it’s not already in our repertoire, we’re happy to learn it in advance so it feels truly personal to you.

Can you adapt your set to different atmospheres?

Yes – one of the things clients love most about us is our versatility. We can perform laid-back acoustic sets perfect for ceremonies, dinners, or drinks receptions, and then switch things up with upbeat, high-energy sets to get everyone on the dance floor later in the evening.

Do you bring your own equipment?

We provide our own professional sound system and all the equipment needed for our performance. We just need access to a standard power supply, and if the event is outdoors, a sheltered space to perform.
