We need a performance space of at least 3 meters x 2 meters (enough for four seated musicians). If the event is outdoors, we require shade or cover to protect the instruments from direct sun or humidity. Access to one 13 amp power socket is needed only when sound equipment is used.
We need to know the exact location of the ceremony or performance area, any access or parking instructions, and whether the space is indoor or outdoor. If outdoors, it’s important to know if there’s electricity available and if the venue or DJ can provide a sound system (mixing desk with phantom power and speakers).
We can provide our own sound equipment (mixing desk and speakers) when needed, for an additional cost (200€). Most of our performances are acoustic, so lighting equipment is not required.
No — we focus exclusively on live performance. However, clients are welcome to have a DJ or playlist provided by the venue or another supplier to play music before or after our sets.
It’s hard to choose just one! One of our most exciting experiences was recording a music video with the Catalan pop group The Tyets and singer Julieta — a very special collaboration that mixed classical and modern styles. We’ve also performed at the Circuit de Catalunya during the Formula 1 Grand Prix presentation, and collaborated with artists such as Àuria Franch and Berta Sala.
On top of that, we’ve had the pleasure of performing at many weddings in unique venues, some even for well-known personalities. Each of these experiences has been unforgettable in its own way.
We love collaborations with other artists, bringing the sound of strings into modern music projects — but we also feel very at home at private events and weddings. Guests and couples are always so warm and grateful, and there’s a special energy in playing live during such emotional moments.
We’re four friends who met while studying music together. We used to gather in the afternoons just to play the pieces we loved, purely for fun. One day we realised that what brought us so much joy could also move others — so we decided to share it. Since then, we haven’t stopped performing at concerts, weddings, and special events, and we still enjoy every note as much as we did back then.
That’s such a difficult question! We’re inspired by many genres — from classical to contemporary music. If we had to choose, we’d say J. S. Bach for classical influence, and Coldplay or The Beatles for modern music. Our repertoire includes many pieces and arrangements inspired by these three timeless references.
We usually need around 30–40 minutes to set up, tune and get everything ready before the performance.
However, we always arrive between 1 and 2 hours before de performance. Anyway, we can adapt our timings to fit the flow of each event perfectly.
Yes, absolutely. We often perform outdoors, especially for wedding ceremonies and aperitifs.
We only ask for a shaded or covered area to protect the instruments from direct sunlight, wind or humidity, and access to electricity if sound equipment is needed.
Definitely! We love when clients help shape the music for their event.
Couples can choose the songs for each key moment of the ceremony (entrance, rings, kiss, exit, etc.) from our repertoire list of over 400 pieces, or even request new songs. We’re always happy to prepare custom arrangements.
Our clients often describe our performances as emotional, elegant, and moving. They tell us that our music creates a warm and magical atmosphere, adding something truly personal to their day. Many mention our professionalism, versatility, and friendly communication throughout the planning process.
Here a couple of examples:
We had the Edelweiss Quartet perform at our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour, and they were absolutely phenomenal. Not only are they incredibly talented musicians, but they were also a dream to work with, so professional, kind, and accommodating. Less than a month before the big day, my husband and I decided to change our processional song to one that wasn’t on their original repertoire. Without hesitation, they learned it just for us, and nailed it.

Edelweiss quartet was really professional and friendly. They accommodated our need easily and were really flexible. Their performance on our wedding day was perfect ! I would definitely recommend them :)

Yes, of course! We’re always happy to prepare new songs on request. Over the years, we’ve created our own arrangements for hundreds of couples, and that’s how our repertoire has grown to include more than 400 pieces. From classical works to modern pop, film soundtracks and everything in between.
If there’s a special song that means a lot to you, we’ll gladly arrange and perform it to make your moment truly unique.
