Egor Tokarev is a saxophonist, composer, band leader of All Colors of Jazz — union of new-generation jazz musicians who preserve mainstream styles of jazz (as bebop, hard bop, post bop etc.) and keen to experiment with them.
Egor has released four albums of original music: «Bird 2020» (2020) — in duo with Sungtaek Choo, jazz pianist; «Vexillology», «Double Quintet» (2021); and «Without Rules» (2023) in cooperation with best jazzmen of St. Petersburg, Egor's hometown.
Also, Egor released a live album called "Live at Jazz Philharmonic Hall", which has been recorded on 15th of May, 2022 at live performance in Jazz Philharmonic Hall of St. Petersburg.
Currently, Egor Tokarev & All Colors of Jazz are working on new album, which is to be recorded in Amsterdam and released on own label.
