I require a small space to safely store my camera equipment and access to standard power outlets for battery charging if needed. Adequate lighting is helpful, but I am equipped to film in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions. Parking access near the venue is appreciated for loading and unloading equipment.

Yes. I provide professional audio recording equipment, including wireless microphones and backup audio solutions for ceremonies and speeches. I also carry portable LED lighting to assist in low-light environments when needed.

For a standard event, we typically arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before the scheduled start time to set up our audio, lighting, and camera gear. Our standard coverage packages usually range from 6 to 10 hours of active shooting, depending on the client's timeline. We are always happy to discuss adding extra hours if the event schedule requires it
Absolutely, we are completely comfortable working outdoors. To guarantee the best results and ensure equipment safety, we just require a flat surface to operate on, protection from direct sunlight/rain, and access to a power supply close to our main station

Clients can either choose specific tracks from our licensed music libraries or let us select the perfect cinematic soundtrack that best fits the mood and energy of their day
