Hi there! I'm EJ!
I am a college educated (BFA holder) in filmmaking. By day, I work for an A/V event company. I do all kinds of things in hotels across the city. I am a well-rounded, technology-fascinated person with skills in audio mixing for recording and for over loud speakers, camera work for projection or recording, projection from a multitude of sources, and editing for all of the content you would want to use for any of this.
I keep my fees low because I am just starting this freelancing thing out so I don't have much in the way of equipment. We would have to work something out for paying rental fees. How this would work: You tell me what you want to do and your budget, I research rental houses and their prices, I report back to you and we go forward from there. If I'm working by myself, I will probably need access to the space the day before your event to set up (I'm kind of meticulous about safety and organization even behind the stage so it takes me a while.)
I can play playlists that you make for me, but I am not a DJ. At least not yet. Also, I can't do roaming videography and audio at the same time. If you need multiple tech things happening at once (DJ, audio tech, videography, projection) we'll have to have a discussion about how much I can do on my own versus if I will need you to hire another person. Obviously, I'm going to do my best to do as much by myself, but I only have two hands and I want your event to go smoothly.

Depending on your setup and what I am responsible for I will probably need access to your space the morning before your event. I can work all day, as long as I have 2 weeks notice to get the day off of work. And of course I get meal breaks and such.
