I require a stable, flat surface for the harp, access to shade or cover in case of rain or intense sun. For indoor venues, access to an elevator is appreciated if there are stairs.

I need to know whether the performance area is indoors or outdoors, the type of flooring (grass, gravel, tiles, etc.), and if there is shelter in case of rain or strong sun. It’s also important to know if there is easy access for loading/unloading the harp (especially avoiding stairs when possible), parking availability nearby, and how early I can access the venue to set up.

I don’t provide lighting, but I do have a small speaker that I can use if needed. Alternatively, I can easily connect to the venue’s sound system with a standard audio cable. Just let me know in advance so I can bring the right setup.

Yes, I can personally manage a Spotify-style background music playlist before and between my sets. If a professional DJ service is required, I work with trusted collaborators who can join me for the event.
