Hello! We are Off the Grid-L catering! We are a family owned and operated food trailer located in Idaho's beautiful treasure valley! Our primary focus is on custom burgers and awesome chicken sandwiches however we can accommodate any style food courses from appetizers to entrees. We also offer desserts and custom cakes!
About us, we are a husband and wife team! My wife is a experienced Baker and custom cake decorator with over 20 years experience. Myself, started in fine dining at18 years old achieved Sous chef at 21.
