The best gig I have ever participated in was a festival showcase where I performed at the Navy Pier Beer Garden. The best venue I worked at had an audience that wanted to come hear live music, versus listening to it as background.

I like performing all events, especially ones with a wide range of audience ages.

I have been performing for the last three years. Between gigs, showcases, and open mics, I tend to perform 4-5 times per month.

My favorite band is Vampire Weekend, and I am also a big fan of Mumford & Sons. I like the rock, alternative, and Americana genres, but perform various music from different times. Additionally, I am a singer/songwriter that writes and performs my own music.

We normally arrive one hour before the performance to set up. For a two-hour performance, I typically play for 55 minutes, take a 10-minute break, and then play an additional 55 minutes. For a three-hour performance, I do three 50-minute sets with a 15-minute break between each set.

Weather permitting, I am happy to play outside, but would ask for shade, a flat surface, and a power supply close to the performance area.

The clients are welcome to pick a set list from my repertoire or let me choose the music for them.

Previous customers would describe me as fun, inspiring, and exciting to watch perform. As a young performer, audiences do not expect me to perform like I do.
