We require a shaded area for both the violin and the harp, a chair without armrests for the violinist, and a nearby electrical outlet.

If you would like us to provide amplification, there are two options:

* We can connect our microphones directly to the DJ’s sound system.
* Alternatively, we can bring our own two Yamaha Stagepas 400BT speakers on stands (available at an additional cost)

We need to know the starting time of the ceremony or cocktail reception, as well as where we will be able to park our car.

If the performance includes the harp, we need easy access to the ceremony venue, with as few steps as possible. Alternatively, someone should be available to help us unload and carry our equipment.

We can be fully self-sufficient by bringing our own sound system (Yamaha Stagepas 400BT) for an additional fee, or alternatively, we can connect our own microphones directly to the DJ’s sound console.
We do not provide any lighting equipment.

Yes. If you don't have a DJ, we can play a Spotify playlist during our breaks.
