All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or signed agreement A non-refundable deposit of 75% is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is payable two days before the event OR on the day of performance. Our standard performance fee is based in rands, which covers: Up to 8 minutes of live performance,10 of performers, Basic transport within our region. Additional costs may include: Transport and accommodation (if outside our base region) Sound equipment (if not provided by the client) Payment Methods We accept payments via: Bank transfer Mobile money (e.g., M-Pesa, if relevant) Full payment must be made as per agreed deadlines.Cancellation Policy Client cancellation: More than 14 days before the event: Deposit is forfeited. Less than 14 days before the event: 50% of total fee is due. Less than 7 days before the event: Full payment is due. Our cancellation (in the rare case of emergency or force majeure): Full refund of any payments made OR offer of an alternative date or group (if possible). Performance Requirements We require: A clean, safe performance area Access to a private changing/rest area Water or refreshments for the group If sound equipment is not provided, we will include a sound hire fee.
