Jazz Sensitive is a musical group that performs jazz standards and popular classic songs in various traditional jazz rhythms, as well as other Latin rhythms such as Bolero, Cuban Son, Danzón, Brazilian and Latin jazz, among others. With a contemporary perspective and a high level of expressiveness, under the musical direction of Mauricio Bonfiglio, and featuring excellent musicians, Jazz Sensitive takes the audience on a journey of pleasant sensations while performing well-known jazz melodies and songs from other popular genres from the 60's to current day.

We need a performance space of at least 4 meters x 3 meters. We require 2 x 30 amp power sockets very close to the stage. In case of rain or direct sunlight on the stage, we require a tent over us; we do not play in the sun or in the slightest drizzle.
We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment.
Yes, we can provide technical rider, sound and lighting equipment at an extra cost to be paid by the customer.
Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between our sets. We’re happy to let the client choose the music. Will be better that the client bring a device with the list.
Yes, we need the client to cover the necessary meals and drinks during our entire stay around their event.
Our prices include transportation and equipment costs within the city of Merida (within the city's ring road). For events outside this ring road, an additional fee will be added to the total contract price based on the distance and travel time. For events in other states, transportation arrangements will be agreed upon with the client. Similarly, for events in other countries, the client will be responsible for assisting us with the visa application process.
We were the Jazz Trio of the concerts of the Yucantan Symphony Orchestra with the Spanish trumpeter David Pastor in January, 2024. And we played at a wedding where the bride and three of her best friends each sang a song with us; it was just amazing to be involved in this way with the bride and the guests.
We love playing at all sorts of events but weddings are our favourite!
We started gigging in 2008 at restaurants, bars, casinos and hotels. Since we started we’ve performed at hundreds of weddings, parties and events in our city and another towns ans states across Mexico.
We like all the good big bands over the world. We could name Michael Jackson like a big influence. And the greatest song of all time for us is Something by George Harrison, The Beatles.
We normally arrive with the necessary time to set up and be ready one hour before the first guest arrive to the event. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes sets. We found that these set times suit to the events best.
We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area. We can not play under the rain.
The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them. In our service we offer to transcribe, rehearsal and play at the event, one song choose by the client. If the client wants more songs, each one will have an extra charge.
Previous customers would describe us as a high energy group that loves to get the audience enjoy each moment of the performance, feeling a special connection with the different version of the songs we played.
