I provide Spotify music before and between my sets. If you need music after my set, I'm happy to discuss that. I can choose the playlist, or I'm happy for my clients to choose the music or make requests.
Too many great gigs to choose one best one, but the best venue I've ever played was Ronnie Scott's famous jazz club in London.
I love playing at all kinds of different events. Weddings and other private parties are always fun - everyone is happy and there's lots of singing along and dancing.
I've been singing in public since I was 4 years old! I trained classically as a teenager, so I love to sing classical/operatic and musical theatre songs. But my heart belongs to rock, country and pop music! I've performed at hundreds of events, restaurants, pubs and clubs in Canada, the UK and Spain. My favourite types of gigs are outdoor summer shows - Spain is great for those.
Soooo many! From various genres: Ann Wilson of Heart, Whitney Houston, Amy Winehouse, Adele, Andrea Bocelli, Gretchen Wilson. Audiences love my varied set with great songs from all these artists.
Greatest song of all time - again, there are too many great songs to say that one is the very best of all. But one of my favorite songs to sing is At Last by Etta James, and it's always a huge hit at the end of the night.
I normally need an hour before performance to set up and prepare and about 40 minutes after to remove my equipment. I can do a range of different set types, depending on your needs. For example, 2 x 45-minute sets, 2 x 60-minute sets, or 3 x 45-minute sets.
I love playing outside! Weather permitting, of course. I need a place that's shaded from the sun and/or protected from damp or rain. I need a reasonably level floor surface and access to electrical power no further than about 10 metres.
