About / Biography

  • Lou is a young artist (17 years old) studying saxophone at the American School of Modern Music in Paris. During the holidays, she returns home to the Dordogne region, between Périgueux and Bordeaux.

    She is taking her first steps toward becoming a professional musician and loves performing for others!

    Lou is equally at ease improvising or playing from sheet music. She is comfortable across various genres—ranging from classical and pop to soul and house/electro—though she has a particular passion for jazz and bossa nova.

    She often performs using the Tomplay app (for backing tracks), her own amplification equipment (ideal for entertaining large crowds), and a clip-on saxophone microphone.

    She can perform solo or alongside a band or DJ; she is flexible, enthusiastic, and open to all kinds of events and styles!

    Despite her young age, she already has considerable musical experience:
