Lu Jayan is a Venezuelan-born Canadian singer, songwriter, music producer and sound engineer, member of prestigious organizations such as: the "Latin Grammys", BMI, and the Canadian Academy of Recording and Sciences (CARAS) among others.
He has performed at the most important festivals and events in the province of Quebec, among which are: The festivals of Venezuela, Colombia and El Salvador within the framework of the ” week-ends du monde ”, the festival of Brossard, the ” Fiesta des cultures ” in St. Rémi and multiple corporate events of the Latin and Canadian musical movement, with a great receptivity of music and dance lovers. In 2020 he was nominated 4 times for the Canada Latin awards in the categories of producer of the year, pop artist, tropical song of the year and composer of the year. Between 2021 and 2022 he is nominated 4 more times for the Canada Latin Awards and releases his singles, "Solo quiero" and "Sueño clandestino" that both add up to more than 110,000 streamings on spotify and are available on more than 40 digital platforms. His performance on the main stage of the TD salsa on St Claire festival in 2022 is an example of his connection with the public in an outstanding performance listed among the highlights of this important festival.
