Matt Denison is a versatile and dynamic musician, seamlessly blending his talents as a singer, guitarist, and saxophonist to create unforgettable performances. minimum of 2 power outlets, preferable load in and parking, a performance space of 2x1 meters is preferred ( not including space for mixing and PA equipment ) is preferred but small spaces can be worked with.
Set up location and power outputs, as well as any venue regulations around parking, curfews, limiters and mandatory equipment.
All sound equipment is provided, I do not currently provide lighting equipment.

I have had the immence pleasure of performing all over Europe, for well over a decade so there are so many to choose from! a recent hi light would have to be 2 nights playing at the Unique Hotel Post in Zermatt, Switzerland, a venue previously graced by the likes of Hendrix and the Rolling Stones.
Every event is different. I come from a background of playing packed, rowdy Apres bars and beach bars, and I will always love the energy of these kind of gigs However the atmosphere of a great wedding or being able to let loose on the sax in a night club is Also Tons of fun!
I have been gigging full time since 2012. I played 2 years with a 4 piece rock band in the Alps ( The Dirty Pigeons) followed by a stint with a 6 piece ska / funk / rock bar in the Algarve ( The Musketts). Since 2015 I have played primarily solo, but have dipped on saxophone with various bands and DJs in-between.
There is no greatest song of all time, there are thousands that I love, same with bands.
I play covers mainly, but also write original music, and my original stuff at least tends to be more acoustic / folk pop influenced. Think Ben Howard, the kooks, Newton Faulkner, that sort of vibe.
My live shows however are definitely Rock and Roll / Rock/ upbeat and dancey!
Typically ( especially for weddings) I like to be able to check out a venue either the day before or the morning of the event long before I come back to set up. my equipment only takes about 20 minutes to set up but I prefer to still leave an hour so I have trouble shooting tie if things don't work out in a traditional layout.
Absolutely, provided:
There is SOME light if the gig is at night ( not the dark corner between 2 barns where I cant see my hands in front of my face, my guitar or my pedals.
The performance area and speaker are covered IF the location experiences regular rainfall, ( the UK for example) destination events in the Algarve or Greece for example, not such an issue.
If performing in the winter somewhere cold, heaters are mandatory. Playing guitar or sax outside at night in the Alps in January for example is basically impossible, due to the effects of sub zero temperatures on motor neurone ability in the hands!
Similarly if the gig is in daylight and somewhere scorchingly hot, some shade will be required.
Power must be easily accessible near by, or if not, extension leads must be provided.
Clients are very welcome to request songs from my extensive selection ( several hundred at this point) and specific songs can also be requested for me to learn in advance ( a first dance for example)
However if there are several requests that I do not already know, this will incur and extra fee.
Lively, energetic, engaging and interactive. I like to involve my audiences and get people dancing and singing along, after all that's why im there!

I have provided DJ services at several Weddings and events and it has always gone down a storm, and I do include DJing in many of my wedding packages,
HOWEVER
I am not a Club Dj and it is certainly not something I would consider myself expertly proficient in, so if you want a club style DJ, or a DJ for specific genres ( DnB / House / Trance etc) you may be better off finding someone more specialised)
