CJ is a great entertainer his interaction with the people was spot on .I would highly recommend him for any event
OMG, Patty Rose, tell everyone to bring their dancing shoes!!!! CJ performed at my wedding last November at Avalon Country Club!!!, he was the ultimate entertainer!!! Encouraging people to come dance ( not that any encouragement was needed)!!! WOW, he not only played the best music, he took requests, interacted with the guests. Everyone loved him, and I knew he would be a huge hit from the moment I saw him perform at another venue earlier in the year!! Love this man, anyone who hasn’t seen him perform, you owe to yourself to come out and experience the magic that is CJ!!!

CJ is one of the best musicians that I've met. And I've met thousands. He is multitalented with his fingers on the keys and his voice in the microphones. Yes, he uses two microphones! His keyboard skills have skills! It's a sight to see. His love for music is quickly noticable. He does incredible covers like no other. He is a humble man of God and deserves every gig he plays.
CJ has got to be one of the most talented musicians I’ve ever met. The first time I saw him change the key of a song he was playing midstream for a singer blew my mind. He can play anything. He’s authentic. He gives his whole heart to everything he does. And if he doesn’t know something you want to hear, he’ll take the time to learn it. I’ve learned so much as a pianist under his tutelage and I consider him a brother.
CJ is the best of the best musicians you will ever hear. His music and voice is phenomenal and he can light up a room no matter when he is. My favorites are the oldies and christian music, but his jazz is top notch also. He is a man of God and you will not be disappointed in allowing CJ to perform for you.
CJ is a wonderful man, let alone an amazing piano player/singer! I had the joy of having him be my youth/song leader in church. He made songs and music soo enjoyable! We would have fun dances with certain songs and it just made me so happy to go and see him every Wednesday night to see what he would be up to this week. Then, we went on to play together piano and flute duo on sunday mornings and he would get all my music together and we would practice and jutlst have a great time! If you have never seen him perform, it definitely needs to happen! He brings such a joy to everything and everyone needs to experience that in life. Thank you CJ for being you!
I recently had the opportunity to meet CJ and to play with him at a couple of local jazz jam sessions. He is a joy to be around with high energy and an engaging personality! And what a great musician—he raises the bar for all the musicians around him. I especially love his musical sense of humor. Turn your event into a real party with CJ!
I have the distinct privilege of being in the same church choir where C J is a member. He and Betty (whom we all love too!) are fairly new members of our church, and I knew immediately he was gifted by God. CJ can light up a room with his voice and personality. I have personally never met or heard a musician that has as much talent as him. One has to wonder if there are any songs he doesn’t know in the genres he plays. Excellent keyboard and piano player! Very Impressive!
I was so happy to see all the keyboards.... when he started playing I was wowed because his ability to engage with the audience all while spreading joy and happiness...great music and awesome vibe.
CJ is an extremely talented musician. He can play a variety of music and can play most anything by ear once he listens to the tune. His cheerful and pleasant demeanor lifts everyone's spirit when he plays and his voice is quite phenomenal!
The first thing I noticed about CJ was his ability to interact and engage the audience. He performs with energy and passion. As a pianist myself, I was amazed at his abilities. He can pick out a number on the spot and nail it in all the details. What amazed me the most, though, was his level of playing complicated pieces from jazz and classical greats, then to transition into pure audience pleasers and get the audience going. After hearing CJ at several nightclub events, I invited him to collaborate with some very respected musicians. He interacted with them beautifully. Then I recommended him for a friend's wedding. We went together to see him and she knew immediately he would be perfect for her wedding entertainment.
CJ is more than an entertainer, he can play and perform any plethora of music you desire. My favorite is classic rock ‘n’ roll. He is also an honest Christian man. Don’t hesitate to reach out to him for any event. God bless.
