I usually arrive around 60–90 minutes before the event to set up and prepare.

Yes, I am happy to perform outside as long as there is suitable cover or shade to protect the instruments from direct sun or rain, and a flat surface for setup. For events requiring amplification, access to a power supply close to the performance area is also appreciated.
