We would need to know the address of the venue, right place to unload/load our equipment. We also need to be i formed if there is a sound lomiter in the venue.
Yes, we're completely self contained. We bring our own PA System to all of our gigs.
Yes, we're happ to play music from Spotify before, after & between our sets. We're happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music
Best gig we've had was a Wedding of 350 people. It was amazing seeing everyone have a great time.
We love playing at all sorts of events but Weddings are our favourite. The guests are always happy & it's easy to get them dancing.
We started gigging back in 2021. We are a bunch of close friends who wanted to start a band. We all had experience with music prior to starting Nesian Melody, it was just a matter of coming together and doing good music collectively.
We draw our inspiration from iconic artists like Stevie Wonder, Babyface, ABBA, KC and the Sunshine Band, and reggae legends such as UB40, Kolohe Kai, Lucky Dube, Fiji, and J Boog.
We normally arrive 4hrs before the performance to set up, just to make sure everything is running smoothly on our before we start playing.
We normally have 2 x 45min sets. We are happy to play abit longer or shorter, but we've found that these set times suit us and our audience best.
We're happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance.
We take song request from customers prior to the event and we'll just mix it along with the songs we have prepared aswell. But we definitely play more of the songs that were requested to us.
Previous customers would describe us as a high energy group that loves to get the audience dancing.
