Our requirements depend on the PA, lighting and DJ equipment being supplied, the size of the event and the venue layout. We’ll agree the space, power supply and access arrangements with you beforehand. Generally, we need sufficient space to install and operate the equipment, suitable mains power, clear access for loading and unloading, and parking close to the loading entrance. Please tell us about any stairs or access restrictions. Setup and collection times will be agreed around your event.
Our requirements depend on the work we’re carrying out and the PA, lighting or DJ equipment being supplied. We’ll agree suitable space, power, loading access and parking with the venue beforehand. Depending on how far we’ve travelled and the duration of the job, we may also need access to showers and changing facilities. All requirements will be confirmed in advance.
Setup and pack-down times depend on the type of event and what we’ve been booked to provide. We’ll coordinate with the venue beforehand to agree access times and allow sufficient time for installation, testing and pack-down around your event.
Yes, we hold public liability insurance and all relevant certificates required for the services we provide. These are available on request.
