PROJEKT is Malta’s newest live sensation — a powerhouse band blending alternative rock, pop rock, and post‑punk, with periods of experimentation in industrial and electronic styles and soulful melodies into an explosive sound of positivity and connection. Officially formed in early 2025 by Vince Bongailas, PROJEKT brings real emotion, storytelling, and unmatched stage presence to every performance.

With their fresh sound and unstoppable energy, PROJEKT has already rocked Elementi Sajfin, Notte Bianca, and El Cortile, earning a growing reputation for electrifying live shows that unite crowds through rhythm, purpose, and power. In 2026, project started their music calendar with a gig at Zion Marsascala and now preparing for one of the big events for this year, participating in the Ghaxaq Summer Lust Musical Festival.

Their latest release, “Decide”, showcases the band’s vision — a bold mix of emotion, message, and melody that inspires listeners to take control of their path. The official music video is now streaming on all major platforms. Currently the band is recording an album expected to be released in Summer 2026. The album’s best songs are “All Night Long”, “La Vita” and “Next Generation”. Simultaneously, PROJEKT is also working on three video clips with their songs “Tahlix”, “All Night Long” and “La Vita”.

- Vince’s musical instincts emerged young—by age 6, he was already strumming acoustic guitar and experimenting with melody.

- Despite pursuing boxing in parallel, his artistic drive never waned. At age 12, he began performing at church, sharing original compositions and vocals, which laid the emotional foundation of his songwriting style.

- Self-taught and deeply disciplined, Vince developed a strong musical ethic that people around him quickly noticed.

- At 21, Vince wrote and recorded his debut single under KTA Company Malta 🇲🇹—marking his official entry into the professional music scene.

- At age 29, Vince founded a band that released its sophomore album Up To The Sky, a record that revealed his evolving musical identity.

Saviour Pace - BASS PLAYER

Saviour didn’t just grow up around music — he came into the world already tuned to it, like his heartbeat was keeping time long before he ever picked up an instrument. He began his musical journey in the early 1980s as a bassist for the renowned rock band, The Unexplained. Over the years, he expanded his repertoire, exploring a wide range of musical genres while performing with various bands in concerts, gigs, hotels, nightclubs, and at large-scale events.

About a decade ago, he was on the verge of hanging up his bass guitar, but his daughter Claire—now a remarkable pianist—rekindled his passion for music. With her inspiration, he resumed performing with numerous bands, rediscovering his love for the stage.

More recently, he had the honor of meeting the exceptional vocalist and entertainer, Mr. Vince Bongailas, who appreciated his unique bass-playing style and invited him to join on an exciting musical endeavor with his band, PROJEKT. He was instantly drawn to the band’s authentic and innovative repertoire. Together, with Simon Duca (Drums) and Claire Marie Pace (keyboards) are meticulously crafting a playlist to launch this venture, designed to captivate and entertain audiences across a wide variety of events.

With the collective talent and versatility of PROJEKT, was able to engage and delight audiences of all ages.

Claire Pace – Piano and Keyboards has been playing piano since the age of five. After earning her ATCL Diploma in piano practice, she began performing solo in hotels, where she explored various music genres. She later formed her own rock band, where she developed a distinctive style and gained valuable experience through numerous gigs. When she discovered Projekt, she was captivated by the band's original sound and message. Inspired by their artistic vision, she seized the opportunity to join and express her musicality alongside the other members.

Simon Duca – Drums and percussions started out this journey by playing the piano and keyboards from the young age of eleven. He used to be part of a small local band, where he was also the singer on some of the songs played. His dream was to play drums and various percussions. Nowadays, Simon is part of a band called Projekt, as a drummer and also as a backing vocalist. He is very happy to be part of this band, and is looking forward to share good music and good vibes with everyone.
