We require a performance area of at least 18 feet wide by 12 feet deep.
We require at least two 120V, 15A grounded power circuits.

We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment. We’d also need to be informed if there’s a sound limit in the venue. We will need to know the schedule for load-in and load-out. We typically expect two hours to load-in, set up, and sound check before guests arrive.

Reinstate Pluto operates as a fully self-contained live entertainment vendor. Every corporate package includes turnkey production: a state-of-the-art, venue-sized PA sound system, professional stage lighting, and continuous, curated walk-in and break music to ensure seamless entertainment from the moment guests arrive until the final load-out. We can also supply a dedicated sound engineer to manage the venue's acoustics.

Our sound system can easily accommodate music to be played before we start, between sets, and even for some time after the band finishes. We can select the music with the client's guidance, or we can use a playlist provided in advance on Spotify from the client.

For a three hour show, we would typically take one twenty minute break, but the schedule will be arranged to the client's satisfaction at the time of contract agreement.

We have been performing regularly at Park Bench the Battery outside of Truist Park after Atlanta Braves games. The reception has been tremendous -- so much fun to play the familiar hits, especially after a Braves win!

We love playing all types of high-energy events. If the crowd is there to have a good time and to celebrate, we happily keep them entertained and dancing.

We have played venues and events regularly since 2023. In 2025, we played 25 shows at 9 different venues. Each of our five members has previous experience in other bands, so we are ready to deliver no matter the circumstances!

We love to play it all, but the pop-punk anthems of the 90s and 2000s are our favorites.

For formal corporate galas, charity fund-raisers, and award ceremonies, our band members dress in polished, professional black-tie or cocktail attire (often styled with a subtle, modern edge or a pop of color to match your company's branding). For more casual company holiday parties, we pivot to stylish "Rock-Show Chic." You can be certain our presentation will be immaculate and reflect your company's professional standards.

We normally perform for 3 hours with no more than one twenty-minute break, but the number and duration of breaks will be agreed in advance. We have often played three hours straight through.

Yes, we are happy to play outdoors and have done so many times. We do require a tent to assure protection from sun or rain. We also need a level surface to set up.

We will work with you to program the ideal music program for your event or venue. We can start slow and build, or go all out right from the start. We have a wide repertoire ready to go, and are happy to learn new songs that are important to you.

Clients describe our performances as high-energy, entertaining, and engaging. Our vocalists have terrific stage presence and use our wireless mics to wander into the crowd and keep the mood high.

One of our favorite moments was a spontaneous line dance that broke out to Lovefool, choreographed by our lead singer while she was singing the song!

Not at all. We understand that events require a balance between high-energy entertainment and comfortable guest conversation. Reinstate Pluto utilizes advanced, state-of-the-art digital sound technology to maintain absolute control over our volume. We use an "amplification-free" silent stage setup; all instruments plug directly into our system, and our musicians use wireless in-ear monitors. Because we have no loud amplifiers on stage, our master volume can be dialed down to match the volume needed over the course of the event without losing any sound quality.
