My name is Ben, the founder of Surrey (UK) based live music agency, Rhythm Live. It is my mission is to give you a seamless live music booking experience by providing high quality live music that is effortlessly planned; removing the stress and hassle of organising a live music performance, and giving you an unquestionable confidence in Rhythm Live that allows you and your guests to enjoy the live music at your special event, to the max.
Having already spent 15 years performing as a professional musician, and having personally organised over 400 private live music bookings in the wedding and events industry with my own well-accomplished function band, The Cheers, I am now stepping into this new project in 2026 with the expertise to deliver a live music booking experience that’ll leave you on the dancefloor having the best time! My approach is personable and passionate, delivered with excellence.

2. Whether or not your venue has a sound limiter or restriction
All of our artists and bands have access to their own PA system and stage lighting for small to medium sized events.

Our bands and artists love performing at a wide variety of events - from weddings to festivals, bars to birthday parties! Collectively, we love being able to offer a service that helps people to relax, let their hair down and have a good time!
Rhythm Live began off the back of performing live music professionally for 15 years, and having already organised and managed over 400 private bookings for live music!
Typically, bands and artists will require between 60 and 90 minutes to load in, set up and sound check. However, the precise amount of time required varies depending on the size of the act, and the act it self.
Typically, 2 hours of live music is provided as standard (usually split as 2x 60 or 3x 40 minute sets). Often, there will be an option to extend the length of the performance, and shorter sets are also available.
In most cases, our bands and artists are happy to perform outside. They may require a basic or full waterproof covering - please get in touch to find out more.
