Rory performed an Ibiza-theme sax/DJ set for our rave-theme companys 5th birthday party in central London. Rory provided an idyllic soundtrack for the evening, and our guests were delighted with the smooth, soulful and classy sounds of the saxophone.

Rory played solo saxophone at our event, his performance was top class, choice of music just right for the occasion, the solo saxophone perfectly complemented our event which was an afternoon vintage garden party. In addition Rory is a thoroughly good guy and top company.

Rory played the saxophone at our wedding reception while our guests enjoyed canapes in the garden area. All aspects of his performance were extremely professional, the vibe was brilliant, and everyone was thoroughly entertained by his jazz and pop repertoire. Rory hit the mark perfectly with his choice of music for our garden marquee wedding reception. Many people came up to us and said how much they had enjoyed listening to him and that he was the perfect link between the speeches and leading into the BBQ. Rory did very well and we were delighted with his performance. He played some great Disney song covers on his sax that were huge crowd pleasures and unexpected. Rory headlined the annual Painswick Feast Festival 2023. He created a lovely ambience with beautiful Bossa Nova arrangements complemented with saxophones, flute, and vocals in both Portuguese and English, bringing the sunshine out of all who attended. Many visitors and locals stopped, listened, and picnicked to the music of Rory. Weeks later, and he is still being talked about! Rory was a huge success and already booked again for 2024 through public demand.

Rory entertained at my 50th birthday in our large garden. He brought all his equipment and was ready to start straight away. He was a multi-instrumentalist, and I couldnt believe it when he got out both saxophone and flute. He played beautiful music with a professional, original backing track, I noted, and it was wonderful to have that live element. He also changed costumes half way through which we were quite surprised and amused at; I thought that this really added to the high standard of his professionalism and the variety of what he offered. He was very easy to talk to and I would definitely book him again. Even the neighbours next door asked if the music was live as it sounded so special and they wanted to come and listen.

Great event. We loved the music and Rory was completely professional and helpful right from the initial planning to the performance. From my perspective, Rory was polite, professional and played very well. He was excellent at communicating where he was, and was very conscientious to be placed somewhere suitable for the guests. Rory specifically wanted to ensure that when Anam and Alex were announced in to the evening reception, their arrival was accompanied by the correct song. Rory opened our wedding party in London with his incredible saxophone skills, giving a skilful and energetic performance to start the night with style. His jazzy tones playing over a mix of modern day classics from Smooth Operator to Despacito put smiles on the faces of every guest. Rory played a solo set for an hour and a half but also jumped on his feet and grabbed his sax to play along to some of the DJs set throughout the night giving the crowd of dancers a musical treat every time he did. Rory created a wonderful ambience at our dinner party with his saxophone playing. Chilled and relaxed whilst still striking a lively, upbeat note, the choice of repertoire was perfect for our occasion.

Rory and his colleagues played at my husbands 40th birthday party. This was held on a summer evening at home for around 60 people. Having live music totally transformed the night. Rorys band created a really unique atmosphere. The music was relaxed and subtle, which meant that the conversation could flow, but so enjoyable to listen to that you didnt want it to end. I would love to have the opportunity to hear him play again and I would not hesitate to engage him for another occasion.

Rory played for our clients open-air Brazilian carnival summer barbeque. Combining swinging samba and Bossa Nova with up-tempo popular tunes and funky originals, he went down a treat with our guests, creating a festive atmosphere and keeping them drinking and dancing until the embers glowed. The standard of musicianship was excellent and the level of professionalism very high. A great success!

Our music evening at Novotel Manchester Centre was elevated by Rory. His talent and skill made for an entirely lovely evening for all of our guests, many of whom commented on how much they enjoyed the performance.
