Richard Stark - Singer / Entertainer
This flexible, charismatic, eclectic singer is an experienced performer covering a range of styles from Classical to Pop. Classically trained, he is equally adept in Concert or Cabaret, having performed hundreds of times at Theatres, Music Festivals, Weddings, Functions, Corporate Events, and the like. Anything from Birmingham Symphony Hall to The Hilton Park Lane, Private Parties and Weddings to Rhine River Cruises to Glastonbury Festival, Prom in the Park Events and Rugby Stadiums, to audiences from 20 to 20,000. Richard also sings regularly in Operas and Concerts in the UK, USA and Europe including Opera Holland Park.
His repertoire includes Classical, Musical Theatre, Swing, International Folk and Popular songs from the 1930s to 70s to the present day, which he has turned into a variety of shows, such as “The West End Comes To...”, “A Night at the Opera (or Movies)”, St Patricks / St Georges / Burns Nights, 60s/70s show, Rat Pack etc… or alternatively a mixture performed as background.
Lineups : Solo, Duo, or Ensemble. Or perform with resident house band.
He is also an established Recording Artist, having sold well over 25,000 albums independently. His music has been taken to Australia, Nepal, USA, Canada and all over Europe.
He trained at Trinity College of Music and Morley Opera in London.
