I love the variety of playing all sorts of events, but my favourite are those where people are sitting in a concert setting and we can really touch them with beautiful stories in music.
I studied at the Conservatory and have been playing since: concerts, theatre shows, living room concerts, weddings, restaurants, background, even on a cruise ship for a few months.
The joy Elis Regina had while singing inspires me lots - and Ella Fitzgerald's energy and technique! A song dear to my heart is 'Alfonsina y el Mar', but also lots of songs from Antonio Carlos Jobim (inventor of the bossa nova).
Depending on which instruments join and what backline is already available, we usually arrive about 2 hours before the performance to set up and soundcheck. We're used to playing either 2 sets of 45 minutes or 1 set a little bit longer than an hour, but we're happy to discuss what's right for your event.

We can discuss what fits your event best and see what is in our repertoire. Special requests are possible sometimes, but the preparation time of course costs extra.
