This year’s 3rd place winner of Music in Motion Canada is also an ISSA Award winner (Int Male Vocalist of the Year 2024) Bruce Coughlan has been a full-time performing songwriter & musician for 50 years. Bruce's expansive range of Acoustic Music styles & genres encompasses elements of Folk, Celtic, Canadiana, Americana, Roots, Blues, R&B and well beyond. Welcomed internationally as a touring artist. His eclectic mix of original Roots-based songs are honest, timeless & authentic. His storytelling is intriguing, matched by his expressive voice and masterful guitar work.

In my extensive repertoire (1000s of songs) I embrace some very diverse influences. I'm particularly influenced by Celtic (Trad & Prog), Soul/R&B, Classic Rock (50's, 60s, 70's & 80's) Folk, Americana, Blues & Trad Country.
