About / Biography

Available for live shows, session work, and studio projects within the GTA. I take preparation, punctuality, and professionalism seriously.

Professional bass player with 15+ years of live and studio experience, including club gigs, private events (weddings, birthdays), corporate performances, and recording sessions.

My playing style is groove-focused, tight, and versatile - equally comfortable locking in with drums, supporting complex arrangements, or stepping forward when the music calls for it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever worked at?

I opened with my band for Danish prog band VOLA at The Opera House.

What's your favourite type of event?

All sorts of events are welcomed!

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

I started my music journey relatively late, at 19. Picking up the bass and learning how to play turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life - music helped me find my identity, build lasting friendships, and grow as a person.

Now I’ve been playing bass for over 15 years. What started as learning songs for fun quickly turned into playing in bands, rehearsing regularly, and performing live. Over time, I realized that what I enjoy most isn’t just playing notes, but locking in with other musicians and shaping the feel of a song in a way that fits the moment.

Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

I like music of all sorts, but my biggest influences are:

Groove & feel:
Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jamiroquai, Marcus Miller, Victor Wooten

Modern / progressive:
Snarky Puppy, Dirty Loops, Polyphia, Dream Theater, VOLA, Soen

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

For myself, I only need less than 30 minutes to set up, but I'm happy to help set up the stage for other musicians as well.

Are you happy to perform outside?

I'm happy to play outside as long as the stage is covered in case of rain, and a power source is available.

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

Can quickly learn a setlist using any media available - tracks, demos, stems, charts etc.
Any style, including but not limited to Rock, Pop, R&B, Funk, Disco, Dance, Alternative, Country.

How do previous clients most commonly describe your performances?

My performance is positive, high energy, connected to the audience
