Terms & Conditions PRICING All quoted prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. PAYMENT METHODS Payments may be made via direct bank transfer, online payment, or cash, as agreed in advance. PAYMENT TERMS A deposit may be required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event start time. BOOKING CONFIRMATION Bookings are confirmed once both the signed contract and deposit have been received. Dates are not held without confirmation. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES Any cancellations or changes should be communicated as early as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances and notice period. EVENT REQUIREMENTS The client is responsible for providing suitable performance space and safe conditions. Any specific technical or setup requirements will be communicated in advance. DELAYS Delays to the event schedule may affect performance time. Additional fees may apply if extended waiting or performance time is required. LIABILITY Stella Entertainment is not liable for circumstances beyond its control that may affect performance (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, or technical issues).
