Steve Martyn is one of life’s simply exquisite performers. Commencing his career at the tender age of 11 with a solo performance on RTE’s Late Late Christmas show with Dublin Children’s Opera, Steve has continued from strength to strength and his unquestioned vocal talent has taken him across Europe and netted, not only rave reviews from those in the know, but appearance’s on many Tv shows including: Live At 3, Talkabout, Eurosong, Kenny Live, Sky Star Search, Eurovision, Later on 2 & was a winner of the RTE/BBC collaboration “Let Me Entertain You”. Steve has performed with Dame Shirley Bassey, Samantha Mumba, Linda Martin and been critically acclaimed as always presenting a dynamic performance with a “versatility and range” that has to be seen and heard to be believed.

A consummate professional, Steve has always prided himself on his ability to interact with his audience and his wealth of experience has warranted him being invited to produce shows for other artists and groups, always being invited to offer his services again. Steve’s attention to the smallest of details has seen many audiences witness him tweaking a sound, light or smoke machine prior to a show in that continuing search for perfection. His “it’s only good enough if it evokes an emotion and leaves them screaming for more” mentality means that Steve is contstantly developing new ways of presenting and this led to him being invited to event manage the World Blackball Pool Championships on it’s inaugural visit to Ireland. Steve performed and presented the event, which was telecast worldwide, and personally conducted the events Closing & Awards ceremony in both English and French, no mean feat, and tomuch acclaim.
