Stretch Tents Ireland Stretch tent hire, sales & installations for weddings and events across Ireland

We need the venue location, event date, approximate guest numbers and an idea of the area where you would like the stretch tent installed. Photos, measurements or site plans are very helpful. For more complex installations we can arrange a site visit or 3D site survey to determine the best tent size, layout and fixing points.

We require clear access to the installation area for our vehicles and crew, with the agreed space available for the duration of the installation and removal. Requirements vary depending on the setup, so we will confirm everything in advance. Power is generally only required where lighting or other electrical equipment is included.

Installation time depends on the size and complexity of the stretch tent setup. Most installations are completed in advance of the event rather than on the day itself. Larger tents, flooring, walls and lighting may require additional installation time. We arrange installation and removal times with the client or venue in advance to ensure everything is ready well before guests arrive.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, festivals and large events during the busy spring and summer season. Popular weekends can book well in advance. However, with our large stock of stretch tents, we can often accommodate shorter-notice bookings, so it is always worth getting in touch to check availability.

Our clients regularly describe our team as professional, reliable, friendly and easy to work with. We pride ourselves on finding practical solutions for challenging venues and creating great-looking stretch tent setups. From the initial planning through to installation and removal, we aim to make the whole process straightforward and stress-free for our clients.
