Sunset Stereo is a versatile live music duo and band performing classic hits from the 60s through to today. With a warm, professional sound and a carefully selected repertoire, we create the perfect atmosphere for a wide range of events, from elegant cocktail receptions to upbeat parties and celebrations.
We offer two main lineups:
Sunset Stereo Duo – A compact and stylish formation featuring bass, guitar, vocals and backing tracks. This lineup is ideal for cocktail-style events, private parties, weddings, corporate functions, restaurants, and more relaxed settings where live music should add energy and atmosphere without overpowering the room.
Sunset Stereo 4-Piece Band – A full live band experience featuring bass, guitar, drums and vocals. This lineup is perfect for events that need a bigger sound and a more energetic party vibe, with a set list designed to get guests singing, dancing and enjoying the night.
Our repertoire includes well-known songs across decades and genres, with a focus on timeless pop, rock, soul, and feel-good classics. We can adapt the performance to suit the mood of your event, offering anything from relaxed background music to a lively party set.
We are also currently offering a special themed show: “Rocking the 80s”, a dedicated 1980s pop-rock set featuring some of the biggest and most iconic hits of the decade. We require two parking spaces, some shadow in case the event is in daylight, and minimum two direct power sockets, connected to the main supply.
We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment.
We provide our own sound equipment and lighting equipment in the case of a nightime event.
Yes, we're happy to play music from Spotify before our act. We can choose the music or let the client choose the music.
All gigs are special in their own way, but for us the most special was playing for our own family member's wedding.
We love playing all types of events, however we love playing at weddings and watching everyone enjoy themselves, especially the bride and groom! We love bringing a special moment for them.
We have both been gigging as professional musicians for more than 5 years, and eventually we met each other through music co-workers and found the passion to play english and international music. Since we've got together, we have played several private events and weddings.
We both come from a pop-rock and funk background, were we have both been influenced by several bands and musicians to start playing music (Michael Jackson, TOTO, Maroon 5, Jamiroquai, Daft Punk, Coldplay, John Mayer, Bruno Mars...)
Matias' favourite artist is Coldplay.
Mar's favourite artist is Dua Lipa.
We think the greatest song of all time is Thriller by Michael Jackson! Or Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen.
We usually arrive 2 hours before the performance time to set up. We normally perform 90 minutes straight, but are happy to accommodate according to the event's needs.
Yes, we are happy to perform outside, but we require some shade and a power supply chose to the performance area.
Yes, we are open to client's requests, but we limit that to maximum 2 songs outside of our repertoire. We offer 65 songs to choose from to create your perfect set list for your big day. On the other hand, we have two different set lists crafted by us for cocktail events or for party events.
