The only thing I need onsite is a small table and chair next to an electrical outlet.
This way I can plug in my styling tools and have a surface to work from.
It is also recommended to share any pictures from the internet of the type of makeup/hairstyle your thinking of.
It really helps and gives me a more accurate idea of your vision without describing it in words.

The largest event I've ever done was in Canada, for a bridal party of 20 people.
At that time I had a small team of makeup and hair artists that worked with me on the job in order to get everyone ready on time.
At this moment, I only work by myself, which means I can only do up to 6 services per appointment.

My favourite events are weddings.
My clients are much more relaxed in the atmosphere they choose, especially if my services are provided in their home, on the day of their wedding. It's less running around to the salon and more relaxed time with family or friends who are having the services done too.
I also like helping my clients out with special events or nights out where they want to look their best.
On top of this, I also enjoy collaborations with photographers.

I started freelancing makeup artistry and hairstyling for weddings and special events sporadically through a 20 year period while working for a handful of cosmetic brands as a makeup artist in Canada.
I've also had a full-time business doing mobile makeup and hairstyling for the last 10 years in Canada before moving to Spain.

I usually arrive 15-20 minutes earlier to set up a makeup and hair station for the client/s.
In general, each service takes about 45 minutes to an hour depending on the type of makeup needed, lashes, or hairstyle.
It's always good to have a few picture suggestions of the makeup and hair you like for me to better understand your vision.
Hair must already be clean and dry before performing hairstyling.

Yes, of course, the client can send me pictures from the internet of makeup/hair styles they would like me to perform on them or show me on the day of appointment.

It takes approx. 30-40 minutes depending on the style of makeup and whether lashes will be applied.

Normally it takes anywhere between 30 - 45 minutes depending on the style.
I usually ask that clients have their hair washed and dried in the morning, THE DAY BEFORE their appointment.
This really helps with styling on the day of appointment in terms of texture, body and hold.
