Sydney Jazz Collective Jazz, Funk, Pop and Soul Band for Weddings and Corporate Events

Our requirements will vary depending on the event, however, as a guide:

The band will require 1 x nearby parking space (or parking reimbursement) for each musician.
We generally require access to standard household power. We can also provide various Acoustic or Roving options (with no power or amps), please let us know in advance if required.
Necessary sound equipment for up to 200 guests will be provided by the band at no additional cost.
For more than 200 guests the client may need to hire additional audio equipment
Outdoor performances are no problem. We will require overhead cover from the elements & preferably a hard floor surface.
Client will need to provide basic overnight accommodation for evening performances >1.5hr drive from Sydney.

We provide our own PA system and relevant sound equipment. If you would like lighting you will need to arrange this separately, as we do not provide lighting.

We're happy to play a playlist between sets. If you would like a playlist played before/after our booked times, this will incur an additional charge. We can choose the music, or if you have a specific playlist, we will be happy to play it for you.

We offer packages of any length of time (usually between 2-7 hours). We usually estimate sets of about 40-45 mins with 10-15 min breaks between sets.

Please allow 30-45 minutes for setup (immediately prior to the booking start time) and up to 30 minutes for pack down (immediately following the booking end time). We do not charge for setup or pack down time if this occurs during 45min prior to performing, and 30min after performing..

We’re happy to play outside but we ask for a covered area (for shade/protection from the elements), a flat, hard level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.
