Our technical requirements will vary according to the gig details and band size but here's a guide.
We provide our own PA equipment up to 200 guests. We just need access to standard power outlets. Stage (performance space) size for a 6-piece band would be 5m x 3m and scales down from there.
Parking access for band members will help the gig to run smoothly.
We're happy to play outdoors, we would just need a hard surface to stand on and overhead cover to protect us from the weather.
For evening performances more than 1.5 hours drive from Sydney we would ask the client to provide accommodation.

Please provide clear directions to help us find the venue and direct access to unload our gear.

Yes, we’re completely self-contained. We bring our own PA system to all of our gigs as well as a simple lighting rig

We've played at some wonderful jazz festivals in NSW and Victoria and we love playing the jazz bars of Sydney. Foundry616 was one of our favorites.!

We enjoy playing at all types of events and bringing the great atmosphere that live music adds.

We are all professional musicians with a number of years of experience performing at weddings, parties, festivals, pubs and events all round Australia. We met playing music together.

We draw inspiration from the greats of jazz whether it's singers like Billie Holiday, Frank Sinatra or Ella Fitzgerald or awesome instrumentalists like Django Rheinhardt, Stephane Grappelli, Miles Davis or Chet Baker. There's so much great music we love, from Duke Ellington to Cole Porter and the Gershwins or the Bossa Novas of Jobim.

We usually break our gigs up into 45-minute sets. Our set-up time is about one hour.

We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.

We can learn specific songs before the event, but we usually limit this to 5 songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them.
