Reviews of Synthesi

They are great and all are wonderful men! Go you will enjoy!!

We have enjoyed having Synthesi come up to Alaska to play at our Greek Festivals, the major fundraising events for our church, Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church, over the years. Synthesi plays a good mix of traditional Greek Dance music along with more modern Greek music.

They do a great job of making the Festivals a fun experience for everyone who attend including the large number of non Greek people. Highly recommended for any events!

Peter and Synthesi do an amazing job, I highly recommend them!

Amazing and wonderful band! Peter headlines a great group of guys that know their stuff. I’ve used them for many years at the festival and they never disappoint me. Synthesi is a crowd pleaser every year! I would never hesitate to hire them for any event, just do it early before they book up your date!

I have worked with Peter several times over the years! He is an expert at Greek music! He can provide keyboard and piano playing. He can also provide a Bouzouki player, or even a full band! He is very talented and can be trusted to provide exceptional service and quality music at your event. He has always been punctual and prompt in arriving at events. I highly recommend Peter for your music needs!

If you’re looking for a band that brings the heart and soul of Greek music to life, Synthesi is an absolute must-see! I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing their electrifying performances multiple times at the Ventura County Greek Festival, and they never fail to steal the show. This talented five-piece ensemble, with their mastery of bouzouki, violin, keyboards, bass, and drums, delivers a seamless blend of traditional and contemporary Greek tunes that gets everyone on their feet.
Synthesi’s energy is infectious, their musicianship impeccable, and their ability to connect with the crowd is unmatched. At the Ventura County Greek Festival, they’ve become a beloved staple, filling the air with vibrant melodies and rhythms that transport you straight to the Mediterranean. I’ve watched them ignite the dance floor year after year, encouraging festival-goers to join in the fun with open dancing and an irresistible spirit of celebration.
Mark your calendars for June 20, 21, and 22, 2025, because Synthesi is set to return to this year’s Ventura County Greek Festival—and trust me, you won’t want to miss it! Whether you’re a longtime fan of Greek music or just looking for an unforgettable live experience, Synthesi brings the perfect mix of authenticity, passion, and pure joy. Hands down, they’re one of the hardest-working and most captivating Greek bands on the West Coast. Book them, see them live, and prepare to be blown away! Opa!

We have contracted with Synthesi many times over the years for our annual Greek festival and for private events. Peter and his team have always been professional and friendly. The quailty of their music is exceptional. I highly recommend Synthesi and know that you will not regret having them provide entertainment at your event.

Professionalism!! For over 25 years Synthesi has been performing for Holy Trinity’s Greek Festival. Their depth in music both old and new keeps the crowds entertained for hours. Peter is a GREAT musician and performer and I highly recommend Synthesi.

I’ve been the Phoenix festival entertainment chairperson for the last 20 years. Thankfully Synthesi was hired my first year and we’ve never looked back. I’m proud to say they have played our festival every year since! Their professionalism and musicianship is incredible and of the highest quality, the fee structure is a great value and they are a true joy to work with! Peter Deneff, Synthesi’s leader, understands the needs of his clients and goes above and beyond to ensure a great entertainment experience. My rating is actually 11, one more than 10! Don’t hesitate to make them part of your next event or celebration!

We booked Synthesi for a few celebrity events. Sir Anthony Hopkins loves Greek music and Synthesi always pleases the crowd and does a very professional job. We highly recommend them for your next event.

Amazing musicality, repertoire and organization. Peter and his fellow musicians are highly recommended!

Synthesi has played at a number of parties we’ve had over the years and we have attended many festivals they have played. They are the best Greek band around. Combining both folk Greek dance and pop music as well as requests. They read the room really well. Their balance is always just right. When I attend Greek events and they’re playing, I am thrilled. I know it will always be a great evening of music and celebration.

Synthesi, the best band for our events and venues! Peter and the boys play some of the best sounds to Greek music, entertaining over $16,000 people at our festival every year. I only have one go to for live music and it’s Synthesi hands down!

Peter and the group, "synthesi" are extremely professional. Their repertoire, is extremely diverse. They can play all kinds of music from Rock, to Jazz, to Saltza. They even play mediteranean music. We are extremely please and would use them again.
