A well-maintained acoustic grand piano (tuned to A440) is required at the venue. If an acoustic piano is not available, a high-quality digital piano with weighted keys and a sustain pedal can be discussed. A stable piano bench and adequate lighting for the score are also needed.

Information regarding piano tuning status, access for loading/unloading if bringing a portable instrument, backstage or preparation space, and the acoustic environment of the performance room.

As a classical pianist, I generally perform on the venue's acoustic piano. If amplification (microphones/PA system) is necessary for a larger space, it should be provided by the venue or event organizers.

Recorded background music (such as classical playlists) can be played through the venue's sound system before and between sets upon request.

I typically arrive 1 hour before the performance to prepare. For performance times, I generally offer a 2-hour set (which can be split into two 45-minute or 50-minute segments with a brief intermission), and I am flexible to adjust according to the event's schedule.

I prefer indoor performances to protect the acoustic piano from weather and temperature changes. If an outdoor performance is requested, a fully shaded, flat, and stable surface with a properly tuned piano is required.

Clients are welcome to choose from my curated classical repertoire list. Specific song requests or customized programs can also be discussed prior to the event to match the atmosphere.
