Our requirements depend on the scale of the event and services booked, but for most weddings:
A designated performance/DJ area (minimum ~3m x 2m for DJ setups; larger for live musicians/dancers)
Access to reliable power (2–4 standard outlets near the performance area)
A covered or indoor setup in case of weather (for outdoor events)
Safe and direct access for load-in/load-out (especially for multi-day weddings)
For larger events (Sangeet/Reception with full production), we may require staging, additional power distribution, and extended setup time — all of which we coordinate in advance with your planner/venue.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, we typically need:
Exact venue location + load-in access details
Event schedule/timeline (especially for Baraat, entrances, performances)
Venue sound restrictions or sound limiters
Available power supply and setup areas
Indoor backup options (if any part of the event is outdoors)
Curfew or music cut-off times
For Indian weddings, timing and flow are everything — so the more clarity we have upfront, the better we can execute seamlessly.
Yes — we can be fully self-contained.
We provide professional DJ equipment, sound systems, microphones, and basic lighting setups suitable for most wedding events.
For larger-scale productions (Sangeet/Reception), we can also arrange:
Full sound systems
Advanced lighting (intelligent lights, ambient lighting, etc.)
Staging and technical production
We scale the setup based on your event — from intimate functions to full luxury productions.
Yes — and this is a key part of how we manage the flow of your event.
We provide continuous music coverage before, during, and between all key moments so there are no awkward silences or energy drops.
We can:
Curate the music ourselves based on your crowd and vibe
Follow your specific playlists
Blend both for a more personalized experience
Our goal is simple: the energy never dips, and every moment feels intentional.
The “best” events aren’t defined by the venue — they’re defined by what happens behind the scenes.
We’ve worked across luxury venues in Spain where everything looked perfect… but what made the event exceptional was how it was executed.
One wedding in particular stands out: a multi-day Indian destination wedding where timelines were tight, multiple events were running back-to-back, and expectations were extremely high.
From the outside, it felt effortless.
Behind the scenes, it required real-time coordination, energy control, and constant decision-making.
The Baraat started on time.
The Sangeet ran smoothly with multiple performances.
The dance floor was full all night.
That’s what we measure.
Because at this level, clients don’t remember the venue name — they remember whether the wedding flowed… or fell apart.
High-level Indian destination weddings.
Not because they’re “fun” — but because they demand the most.
Multiple events. Different age groups. Cultural expectations. Energy shifts. Tight timelines.
That’s where most teams struggle.
We enjoy these events because they require precision — knowing when to raise the energy, when to hold back, how to transition between moments, and how to keep everything connected.
Anyone can play music.
Very few teams can manage the full emotional and cultural flow of a multi-day Indian wedding.
That’s where we operate.
Tewari Productions was built from the ground up through performance, not just equipment.
We started in the entertainment space — DJing, performing, working directly with crowds — and over time moved into full wedding production because we saw the gap:
Great weddings weren’t failing because of budget.
They were failing because no one was controlling the experience.
Over the past 10+ years, we’ve worked across international events, weddings, and live performances — developing a system that blends:
Performance experience
Cultural understanding
Production-level coordination
Today, we don’t just “show up and play.”
We step into events knowing exactly how to manage them.
Our influence isn’t tied to one artist — it’s built from understanding what moves people across cultures.
From Bollywood legends to global artists, from Bhangra energy to international club music — we study how different sounds shift energy in a room.
Because at a wedding, it’s not about your favourite song.
It’s about:
What gets a 60-year-old uncle and a 25-year-old cousin on the dance floor at the same time
What hits at the right moment during an entrance
What keeps the energy alive without feeling forced
If we had to define it:
There’s no single “greatest song of all time.”
The greatest song… is the right song, at the right moment, for the right crowd.
And that’s exactly what we focus on.
Most vendors focus on their service.
We focus on the entire experience.
Anyone can DJ. Anyone can bring a dhol player. Anyone can send dancers.
Very few teams can:
Control the timeline
Manage transitions between events
Read a multicultural crowd in real time
Keep energy consistent across 3–5 days
That’s the difference.
We don’t just show up and perform.
We direct, guide, and elevate your entire wedding.
That’s why our clients don’t worry about whether their wedding will “work.”
If you’re planning a multi-day Indian wedding — yes.
Because this isn’t just a wedding. It’s:
Multiple events
Different traditions
Different generations
Constant movement and timing pressure
Most local vendors in Spain are excellent at European weddings.
But Indian weddings require a completely different level of:
Cultural understanding
Energy management
Coordination between moments
Without that, things don’t “look bad”… they just feel disconnected, delayed, and stressful.
That’s what we prevent.
As early as possible.
Our clients typically book 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season in Spain.
Why?
Because once your venue is secured, your entertainment and production team is the next most important decision.
Dates are limited — and we only take on a select number of weddings to maintain quality.
If your date is available, we recommend locking it in early.
Something always goes wrong.
The difference is whether you notice it.
We plan for:
Delays
Timeline shifts
Weather changes
Technical issues
Last-minute adjustments
And we handle them in real time, without disrupting the experience.
Most problems don’t need to be announced.
They need to be absorbed and solved quietly.
That’s what we do.
We’re not the cheapest — and we’re not trying to be.
Because at this level, you’re not paying for:
Equipment
Hours
A playlist
You’re investing in:
Peace of mind
Seamless execution
A wedding that actually flows
Most couples don’t regret spending more on the right team.
They regret trying to save money on the wrong one.
We don’t operate on fixed “set times” — we operate based on how Indian weddings actually flow.
For most events, we arrive 2–4 hours in advance depending on the setup (DJ, live musicians, full production). This allows us to coordinate with planners, test sound, and be fully ready before guests arrive.
In terms of performance:
We provide continuous coverage, not just “sets.”
That means:
Pre-event atmosphere (guest arrival, background music)
Key moments (entrances, performances, rituals)
Peak energy (dance floor, party sets)
Transitions between everything
Indian weddings aren’t concerts — they’re dynamic, multi-layered events.
So instead of stopping and starting… we control the flow from beginning to end.
Yes — most destination weddings in Spain are outdoor, and we’re fully experienced with that.
We just require a few basics to protect the quality of the experience:
Shade or covering (for sun/heat protection)
A flat, stable surface for equipment and performances
Reliable power access nearby
A clear backup plan in case of weather changes
Outdoor events look incredible — but they also introduce risks.
We make sure those risks are handled before they become problems.
Clients absolutely have input — but this is where most people get it wrong.
You’re not hiring us to press play on a playlist.
You’re hiring us to manage the energy of your wedding.
We work with you to understand:
Your preferences
Must-play songs
Do-not-play list
Cultural mix (North Indian, South Indian, international, etc.)
From there, we build a structure — but we adapt in real time based on your crowd.
Because what works on paper doesn’t always work on the dance floor.
The best weddings aren’t over-curated — they’re well-directed.
The same themes come up consistently:
“Everything just flowed.”
“We didn’t have to worry about anything.”
“The energy was exactly right at every moment.”
And that’s the key.
Most people expect good music.
What they don’t expect — but remember — is:
No awkward gaps
No confusion during key moments
No loss of energy during transitions
No need to step in and fix things themselves
We’re often told it felt easy.
That’s not by accident.
That’s what happens when the right team is in control.
