The Ginger Project is an exclusive music duo based in Athens Greece, performing globally at luxury weddings, boutique hotels, private events, and 6-star cruise ships.
Formed by Doris Chiotis (vocals & percussion) and Costas Bakopoulos (guitar & vocals), the duo blends jazz, pop, soul, and contemporary classics with a distinctive elegant style.
Our performances balance high-quality sound, dynamic vocals, and full guitar arrangements, creating an atmosphere that feels stylish, and tailored to each event.

We have been in many amazing venues around Greece and on board cruise ships so each and every gig on all these places was very unique and special to our hearts.

We have been performing for the last 8 years as a duo in 5 star hotels, Luxury Cruise Ships and in many venues regarding weddings, cocktail parties, corporate & private events.
Out of the hundreds we would love to mention as our influence and also our favorites ones are : Sade, George Michael, Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, Ella Fitzgerald, Sting, Beatles.

Our performances balance high-quality sound, dynamic vocals, and full guitar arrangements, creating an atmosphere that feels stylish and tailored to each event.
We normally arrive 2 hours before the performance to set up. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 60 minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best.
We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.
We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 5 songs. The clients are welcome to pick songs from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them.
