Hi my name is Tony Navarro and I hold undergraduate and graduate degrees in violin performance from UCSB and am an actively performing professional violinist. Currently I am the Assistant Concertmaster of the San Luis Obispo Master Chorale and the Principal 2nd Violin of Symphony of the Vines.
I offer a variety of ensembles for weddings including solo violin, violin and cello, violin and harp and I can also accommodate string quartets. Regarding music, my colleagues and I can play any of the standard repertoire for weddings and I'm happy to discuss any other music for your wedding that I can find arrangements for. Please contact me with some details about what you have in mind so I can offer you an estimate for the event. I'm also available for special events like proposals and parties.

I really like playing at the Santa Barbara Courthouse, it's so beautiful and the clientele are always easy to work with and very appreciative.
I like weddings and proposals because it's fun to share in the joy of the couple and all of their friends and family.
I mostly do solo weddings here in Santa Barbara, in 2026 I booked just over 60 weddings. I started out playing in someone else's quartet and decided to make my own business.
Setup is very quick, maybe five minutes for a solo performance and ten for a duo or quartet.
Yes, as long as there is some kind of shade for duo's or larger groups. If you don't have shade but want to hire me for a solo performance I do have an umbrella that I can bring.
Yes, it depend on the level of service they would like the purchase. The base price for one hour includes the clients choice of music for the wedding party, bridal entrance and recessional song. Plus up to three request for the pre ceremony music. More requests are available for an additional fee.
