We need a level, stable area with enough space for the selected bar, our bartenders and guests to move comfortably. Please arrange access before service for setup, a convenient unloading point and nearby parking. Space and power requirements depend on the chosen setup and are agreed with the venue in advance. For outdoor events, suitable shelter or an indoor alternative is required.

Setup and pack-down times depend on the selected bar, access to the venue and the size of the event. We agree arrival and departure times in advance, allowing enough time to have the bar ready before service begins and coordinating dismantling with the venue.

Yes, we hold public liability insurance and current food hygiene/HACCP certification. Supporting documentation is available on request for venues and event organisers.

Weddings and private celebrations in the Tuscan countryside are particularly special to us. We love welcoming guests with an Italian aperitivo, then keeping the celebration flowing with freshly made cocktails after dinner. I’m Andrea, the bartender behind Twist. I have over 30 years of experience in bars, mixology and hospitality, including roles at The Westin Excelsior Florence, Il Borro and Borgo San Felice.

Twist began in Arezzo in 2023, bringing that experience to events through our Piaggio Ape Cocktail Truck. Our service now also includes elegant mobile bars and a compact Mini Cocktail Station, allowing us to cater for everything from intimate gatherings to wedding celebrations and corporate events.

Yes. We provide drinks services for welcome parties, pizza nights and gatherings before or after your wedding. Choose a relaxed Spritz aperitivo or a cocktail menu tailored to your guests. Our Ape Cocktail Truck is available within the province of Arezzo, while our Cocktail Station travels throughout Tuscany.

Yes. We adapt the bar setup, drinks menu and service style to your occasion, guest numbers and preferences. Choose classic cocktails, Tuscan-inspired signatures and alcohol-free options, with Prosecco, wine and beer available by arrangement. We also coordinate timing and presentation with your venue or planner.

Our mobile bar packages include your selected station, professional bartender service, the agreed drinks and ingredients, ice, fresh garnishes, quality disposable cups, equipment, setup and dismantling. Your proposal specifies drink quantities, service hours and any travel costs. Glassware is available on request. Our Bartender Only option is quoted separately and excludes drinks and ingredients.

Please contact us as soon as your date and venue are confirmed, particularly for summer weddings and weekend celebrations. Early booking gives you more choice of bar setups. Short-notice enquiries are welcome, subject to availability. A 30% deposit secures your booking.
