Wolf Trax Terms & Conditions: A 10% Gig Heaven deposit secures your date. Some events may require an additional deposit for travel, lodging, or rental needs; any portion used for non-recoverable expenses is non-refundable. Remaining balance is due at the end of the performance unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations more than 72 hours before the event may have deposits applied to a future booking. Cancellations within 72 hours require full payment of the remaining balance unless due to weather or an emergency beyond the client’s control. Events outside the free travel area will require travel and lodging fees. Client must provide a safe performance area with sufficient power and weather protection if outdoors. Load-in requires up to 90 minutes, delays caused by the client or venue do not extend performance time. Standard performances include short breaks each hour, coordinated with the event schedule. Booking Wolf Trax indicates acceptance of these terms.
