Southern Alibi – Venue Terms & Conditions 1. Booking Confirmation * A date is considered confirmed once both parties agree in writing (email/text/contract). * Deposit may be required depending on event type. 2. Performance Time * Southern Alibi agrees to perform at the agreed scheduled time. * Any time changes must be communicated in advance. 3. Payment Terms * Payment amount agreed upon prior to event. * Payment due immediately after performance unless otherwise arranged. * Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled by the band. 4. Setup & Sound Check * Venue agrees to allow adequate setup and soundcheck time before performance. * Stage access, power supply, and safe performance area must be available. 5. Sound / Equipment * Southern Alibi may provide some equipment unless otherwise agreed. * Venue should disclose any sound restrictions, volume limits, or equipment limitations beforehand. 6. Hospitality (Optional if you want it) * Water and basic hospitality for band members appreciated. * Secure parking/loading area if available. 7. Cancellation Policy * Venue cancellations within ___ days may forfeit deposit. * Band cancellations due to emergencies, weather, or unavoidable circumstances will be communicated immediately. 8. Weather Clause (Outdoor Events) * Outdoor events affected by unsafe weather may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled. 9. Safety & Conduct * Venue responsible for maintaining safe environment for patrons and performers. * Aggressive or unsafe situations may allow band to pause or stop performance. 10. Merchandise * Southern Alibi may sell merchandise unless restricted by venue. 11. Promotion * Venue and band may promote event using logos/photos unless otherwise discussed. 12. Liability * Southern Alibi is not responsible for venue damages outside of direct negligence. 13. Performance Expectations * Southern Alibi provides a professional live southern rock / dark country / swampy rock performance. * Final set times, breaks, and special requests should be discussed before event date. 14. Force Majeure * Neither party liable for cancellations due to severe weather, emergencies, government restrictions, illness, or unforeseen events.
