"Julie and her team were great! They were all very professional and sounded amazing. Our videographer seemed to have missed the audio recording of the big moment when I entered the ceremony and walked down the aisle. Julie and her team have graciously offered to re record this specialized music so I have it forever!"

"Awesome! Chris Arpad was the perfect selection for entertainment for our 16th Annual Golf Dinner. The crowd loved his drumming skills along with his his melodic vocals. "Chris was fantastic! Chris was fantastic! We hired Chris just 24 hours before a wonderful large graduation party. He came all the way from Reseda to Newport Beach and played for over three hours straight. Everyone commented how great it was to have live music and his drums were beautiful sounding and his backing vocals made it much more fun and lively than just a steel drum presentation. We highly recommend Chris. He’s courteous, he showed up on time, he cheerful but most of all he’s a great entertainer for a classy party. Thank you Chris!"

"When planning my daughter's wedding, which was always destined to be a multicultural blend of music genres, styles, and rhythmic offerings, I was set on finding that flair to entertain our guests with a little taste of their own familiar music and I happened upon the One Man Steel Drum Band on a popular gig website. With the union of the kids spanning the globe and including West Indian, Latin, and Russian culture, this was a perfect choice! Upon establishing contact with John Skoczen, I realized very quickly that he would be an effective and professional communicator who cared not only about his role in our event but also the appeal of such things as attire, the set list, any particular requests related to the guests, and the full gamut of helping us to make our event delightful. John consistently maintained contact with me regarding updates, directions, and special elements. No portions of our interactions were confusing for me. He was so patient and understanding upon arriving at the venue whereas I was as a scattered and frazzled mother of the bride and coordinator. They are professional arrived way ahead of time to set up and their music was absolutely amazing. Everyone loved them. "Terrific and magical Having Chris come to my cousin's birthday was one of the best decisions I have made. My family thought he was absolutely perfect and loved his music. My cousin was happily surprised and was thankful for his attentiveness. He arrived promptly, set up, and played for the agreed amount of time. What I found so endearing is that he spoke to my cousin to get an idea of what songs she would like to hear. My cousin has a difficult time speaking due to her brain cancer, but Chris was very kind and took the time to understand her. I would definitely keep him in mind for future events. "

"Jessica played the piano for our wedding ceremony on June 4th 2022 and I can’t even begin to express how amazing and perfect it was. She is so talented and was open to playing all of the songs that we had chosen, even if they were not on her repertoire list. Every song that she played was so elegant and beautiful. My favourite being a song by Ludovico Einaudi. Unfortunately we had to postpone our wedding a few times and she was always so sweet, supportive, and accommodating when choosing our new dates. She is very professional and was quick to respond if ever I had any questions regarding song choices or about the ceremony in general. I highly recommend Jessica La and I can honestly say that our ceremony wouldn’t have been the same without her. It was truly magical! I can’t wait to sit back and watch the raw footage.
