"I recently worked with Dan and his musicians for a corporate event and we recommend them as a welcome addition to any gathering. They were punctual and talented. They read the room perfectly in their choice of songs to play. Everyone was able to enjoy the live music, even while having conversations with out being drowned out by it. Dan was pleasant and wonderful to work with and I look forward to the opportunity to do so again! Dorene - Yelp"

It could not have been more perfect. When I heard you on Radio London, all that time ago, I knew that I wanted you to play at Ellie’s wedding. Well, how right I was. I can’t imagine anything better. I’m only sorry that I didn’t get a chance to have a chat with you on the day. It’s remarkably hectic being mother-of-the-bride! "Ant Barnes played four sets at our wedding this August (2021). It was a small wedding of 30 guests and Ant played 2 relaxed sets during the drinks reception and then 2 more lively sets for the evening after dinner. Ant was brilliant in making sure everything was organised well in advance of the day and we spoke a couple of times via Zoom. Everyone absolutely loved the music and Ant was extremely professional throughout the day. Ant read the atmosphere of the day brilliantly and really added to the day. We would highly recommend Ant for anyone thinking of booking him for an event."

"The Swing Empire have performed at several key events for us recently including the Cornwall Tourism Awards, our wedding open day and our New Years Eve celebration and they were amazing on each occasion! We had so many positive guest comments and feedback that we just had to book them again for this New Years. With a great variety of songs, interaction with the crowd and very smartly dressed what more could you want! Excellent musicians and certainly a band that we will be recommending for future events that The Headland organise and also for our clients weddings and corporate events."
