"We wanted music for a small gathering of my friends and relatives…we didn’t want anything to loud, but still had energy to dance to.. my friend recommended Unexpected Duo, they played a lot of different types of music, we asked for dance music and that was no problem, they took a moment and before you know it ,everyone was on the patio dancing, we were singing to all of the songs by that point, I will hire them for my next party…thank you Jan and Rob or Ron..sorry forgot your name!"

"The Groove Merchants made our wedding night. Jefferson could not have been more infectious of an energy and we had so much fun. Thank you Groove Merchants x one million. They went above and beyond and helped us overcome issues with sprinklers at the venue and an event planner that was completely inept and non existent. Groove merchants overcame it all and made our party into a great memory "

"I've seen Seven Mugs and Marc on stage and I can highly recommend the band for any venue! Pure rock n´roll with hints of a Mick Jaggeresque rawness combined with the bands feelgood vibe. All you need to get the party started! "

"Absolutely. :- if you are ever after a band for a celebration, these are your guys. The versatility of this band is impressive. They can pretty much play anything you request. They each bring their own individual talent across as very professional. I would highly recommend them and know you would not be disappointed. We will definitely be rebooking! "

"We booked Soul Funk Secret for our wedding in Suffolk .They were a fantastic addition to our special day – talented, professional, friendly, accommodating. Everyone was exhausted from doing so much dancing! Vita has a fantastic voice and the overall sound was amazing with a great set list. "They played our corporate event for 350 people. They were fun, respectful, and sounded amazing! They were on time, professional, and the audience enjoyed their choice of music. The volume level was perfect. We had unsolicited positive feedback from everyone at the event. I will definitely book them again for future events at our venue!"

"We hold 2 weddings a week in our premises and Venus and Mars are fast becoming our go to band for package deals. It’s not just the level of ability it’s their professionalism and flexibility music wise. They played a function of all Irish Music during the afternoon just to help us out after the Irish folk band cancelled and then left to play their evening show 50 miles away afterwards. It’s that level of commitment and going the extra mile that means we have Venus and Mars back time and time again. Book this band you won’t be let down!"
