"James Anthony was amazing when he performed for the United States Congress on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. He arrived early to rehearse with a 20 piece group of musicians and was a huge hit. The Congress Members and Senators were asking where I found him and we at the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce absolutely recommend him. Due to popular demand, we brought him back the next year to perform for the US Senate for their annual gala."

"Swing Shift played at our wedding, a modest affair with 200 of our closest friends and family. After our wedding dance, a foxtrot, the band started into that great swing tune, "In the Mood". Everyone, and we do mean everyone, ran onto the dance floor and danced the night away. What a magical evening!!! Bob and Karen PS: I have attached one of our favourite photos from the evening. "

"Thank you for a brilliant evening of entertainment. You pitched your show perfectly giving the audience the chance to chat over coffees and drinks after the meal with some well known romantic songs (not too loud that we could still hear each other chatting!) and then plenty of more upbeat ones filling the dance floor. The feedback from guests was so complimentary you have a great voice and kept the evening flowing. I have no hesitation in recommending you highly. Thanks again for helping to make the evening a huge success. "

He was the perfect choice of entertainment to get our guests tapping their feet, singing along & up & dancing. With an amazing voice & great range of songs to suit everybody and his interaction with guests he was first class. It was also great for evening guests arriving to see that the party had already started with a swing, what a great way too start the evening off. All of our guests were very very impressed (especially the ladies) and we had lots of great compliments about his performance. "Just about to embark on our honeymoon cruise but wanted to say a huge thank you for playing at our wedding at Crathorne Hall on Friday. We had a wonderful day in which you played a huge part. Everyone loved the music and even the hotel staff said you were the best band they had had play there in the past few years!!! "Luke is a great singer and has the ability to appeal to young and old with the first set, swing style, followed by bang up to date for later set. This is the second booking for an event for all the family (age range 3 - 90) and Luke was re-booked by popular demand and we will book again because, apart from being a great singer, he is a really nice guy who is a pleasure to have at our events. Highly recommended."
